# Billing and cancelling

The Alpha has no charge or paid subscription. How to stop your pilot and request your data.

HeyCMO is an invitation-only, $0 operational Alpha for Stripe and Resend recovery emails. A person approves every message before it is sent. The guides also describe implementation capabilities outside the Alpha. Their presence here does not make them available in the pilot. [Start with the Alpha checklist](https://docs.heycmo.ai/getting-started/). Help: [alpha@heycmo.ai](mailto:alpha@heycmo.ai).

There is no charge in the Alpha. No payment details, subscription, trial countdown, checkout or upgrade are required. Paid billing is outside the launch scope.

To stop participating, use **Pause everything** and tell **alpha@heycmo.ai**. There is no subscription to cancel. An admin can export the workspace and request its deletion using the controls below; retained audit records and backups follow the [privacy notice](https://heycmo.ai/privacy).
