# Status

Whether HeyCMO is working normally right now.

HeyCMO is an invitation-only, $0 operational Alpha for Stripe and Resend recovery emails. A person approves every message before it is sent. The guides also describe implementation capabilities outside the Alpha. Their presence here does not make them available in the pilot. This page needs JavaScript to check. You can open HeyCMO's heartbeat yourself: [`https://agent-api.heycmo.ai/v1/ops/heartbeat`](https://agent-api.heycmo.ai/v1/ops/heartbeat). It answers 200 when HeyCMO is working normally and 503 when it is not.

## What it checks

The status comes from HeyCMO's heartbeat, which looks at the last 24 hours. It reports a problem when:

- most loop runs did not finish (out of at least three);
- an approved action has been waiting to finish for over an hour;
- many actions were stopped by an error;
- the scheduler that starts your loops is not running or has stopped checking in.

It does not cover the services you connect: a Stripe or email provider outage shows on their own status pages. A quiet day with nothing to do is healthy.
