What each loop does
Every loop HeyCMO can run: what it is for, what it needs connected and what it puts in your Inbox.
HeyCMO is an invitation-only, $0 operational Alpha for Stripe and Resend recovery emails. A person approves every message before it is sent. The guides also describe implementation capabilities outside the Alpha. Their presence here does not make them available in the pilot. Start with the Alpha checklist. Help: alpha@heycmo.ai.
A loop is a recurring job: it watches one signal and puts what it finds in your Inbox, where nothing that needs your approval happens without it. HeyCMO has 51 loops: 44 from its marketing loop catalog and 7 it adds itself. Each is off until you turn it on, on the Loops page, which also shows how its last run went.
This is the implementation catalog. Plan labels below describe code entitlements, not a commercial offer. Only failed-payment recovery through Stripe and Resend is in the Alpha. See Connect Stripe and Email provider and DNS; other loops and providers are outside this pilot.

- What it makes
- tier-2 linkedin.publishMemberPost / linkedin.publishPost / x.publishPost / facebook.publishPagePost staged actions, never autonomous, each carrying the AI-draft disclosure; read back 48 hours after publishing (social_post_readback)

- Needs your affiliate program or mentions of your brand.
Housekeeping
Loop portfolio review
- What it does
- Suggest which loops to tune, turn off or turn on, from how each has done.
- When it acts
- A loop runs often and finds nothing, you decline most of what one finds, or a loop that fits your work is off.
- What it makes
- A review of your loops for your decision. Approving it applies the loop setting changes it names, each within half of the usual value either way; nothing changes until you approve.
- What it needs
- Needs nothing connected: it works from what HeyCMO already records.
Tracking check

- What it needs
- Needs your tracking events or Google Analytics.

- What it makes
- Staged creative drafts + a recommended budget move.
- What it needs
- Needs your ad accounts.
Daily creative
- What it does
- Keep creative volume ahead of fatigue — a standing batch of fresh static concepts to test, so scaling never stalls waiting on production.
- When it acts
- The grounded inputs corpus exists and the required inputs are populated — inputs/winning-ads/ and inputs/reviews/ (required; inputs/comments/ and brand/ strongly recommended, matching ad-creative's grounding rules). If a required input is empty, the loop asks for inputs instead of generating.
- What it makes
- A dated folder of grounded static ad concepts + index, ready for human selection.
- What it needs
- Needs your ad accounts.
Monthly creative retro
- What it does
- Close the creative strategy loop — turn last month's results into next month's evidence-ranked slate, so the roadmap learns instead of drifting.
- When it acts
- The account had meaningful creative activity last month — new concepts launched with enough delivery to judge (respect the impression/spend thresholds in ads). If nothing launched or nothing cleared thresholds, note that and skip.

- Reach a company that fits your ideal customer profile while it is reading your buying pages, without identifying anyone who visited.
- When it acts
- A company your Segment page calls name visits your pricing, enterprise, security, MCP docs or integrations pages 3 or more times in a day (a visit is one visitor in one hour, so reloads do not add up), and matches one of your ICP segments.
- What it makes
- A brief for your sales team: the pages it read, what HeyCMO knows about the company and its owner in your CRM; and a Slack notice. Nothing is sent to the company.
- What it needs
- Needs product activity.
- Also reads
- your CRM, when connected.

Paywall optimization
Retired on 2026-10-19: merged into Pricing page experiments, so it can no longer be turned on. It read the same conversion signal as the pricing page loop and staged a second card for the same dip; Pricing page conversion now covers both.
- What it does
- Improve in-app upgrade conversion without degrading revenue quality.
- When it acts
- No paywall test is running and there's a hypothesis — or one has concluded.
- What it makes
- A test result + next hypothesis.
- What it needs
- Needs pricing-page data or Google Analytics.
Pricing page experiments
- What it does
- improve pricing-page (and paywall) conversion with one tested change at a time, without a second card for a dip analytics-anomaly already reported
- When it acts
- the pricing page converts at least 15% worse over the last 14 days than the 14 before, with at least 100 sessions in each, no hosted test is running and analytics-anomaly staged no conversions dip alert in the last 14 days (a spike holds nothing); or the pricing ingest reports a rate 15% below its baseline
- What it makes
- tier-1 experiment_brief with the hypothesis, its evidence (GA4 rates and sessions, or the ingest) and a hosted_test target; approving records the idea and says the next step (draft the variants, publish them on Landing pages)
- What it needs
- Needs pricing-page data or Google Analytics.
