11-Phase Article Workflow

Phase 1: Research

  • Analyze SERP for target keyword: who ranks, what format, what angle
  • Extract People Also Ask questions (woven into H2s/H3s)

Phase 3: Content Brief

Target keyword + secondary keywords (3–5), word count target (1,500–2,500), puppet string assignment, key points from SERP gaps, and 3+ experience anchors per article.

Phase 4: Outline

  • H2s — Each covers a distinct subtopic; includes PAA questions

  • Tribal Signaling — "If you're a B2B founder..." — make them feel seen

Phase 6: Care-To-Click Arc

Structure the article so each section builds curiosity for the next, with internal links and progressive disclosure.

Phase 7: SEO Optimization

Meta title (60 chars), meta description (155 chars), keyword density, internal linking, schema markup.

Phase 8: Experience Anchors

3+ real-world examples, data points, or case studies per article to demonstrate first-hand experience (E-E-A-T compliance).

Phase 9: Visual Content

OG image generation using the creative_og_image tool for social sharing.

Phase 10: Eval Scoring
